The Mission of the Apopka Historical Society is to collect, interpret, and present the history and culture of Northwest Orange County to all the people of the Apopka area and to the city. The society is dedicated to education and to promoting pride in the heritage of the men and women, from all stations of life that lived, worked, and died to make Apopka special.
