Ms. Carol Burkett is Orange County’s Deputy Chief of Staff with a residence of over 1.5 million people. She has served as Deputy Chief of Staff for over 6 years. She is the director of Orange County Drug-Free Coalition; an organization that helps and prevents teenagers and youth from taking illegal drugs. 

She has started an organization that helps Police officers around Orange County to receive treatment, healthcare, and better education to help save the lives of Orange County’s dedicated public servants. Her actions and leadership have saved the lives of over 120 citizens around Orange County in just 2017. 

Her hard work and dedication have impacted the lives of countless people across Orange County. She has allowed medical providers to help drug abusers to cope and recover from their hard addiction and has even been able to save 30 addicts to full recovery. She has overall been working hard and strong these past couple years and has been a shining becon of hope and trust in the community.
